Our service
workers are cross trained and work under the supervision of professionals. Our scope is
limited to light maintenance. Why pay professional electricians to do simple tasks like
changing light bulbs? Why pay plumber’s prices to unstop a toilet? If we encounter a
problem beyond our capabilities, we notify our customer, and if they wish, we assist with
contracting and obtaining proper repairs.
Not only do
clients benefit from less expensive minor maintenance; the increased awareness and
improved communications regarding facility problems can result in considerable maintenance
cost reductions. The daily presence and interaction of our cleaning staff and
managers encourages more frequent inspection; the timely identification of problems helps
to prevent potentially serious break downs.
The removal of
higher risk employees (such as maintenance workers) can reduce insurance cost. Exposure is
limited even further by removing the risk to a contractor.
